You will recognize her as the firang girl who gets to lock lips with Ranbir Kapoor in Raajneeti, and you might completely envy her for that. Her character, Sarah, studies with Ranbir's character at Harvard University, and they are a couple. She follows him to India when he has to return to become the political heir of his family. She becomes part of a love triangle between her, Ranbir and Katrina. She was chosen by director Prakash Jha after he auditioned many girls, who didn't make the cut. Sarah thinks his edgy style of direction is similar to that of Martin Scorsese. To prepare for her role, she took Hindi lessons from December 2008 onwards. She understands the language and can somewhat write and read it too.
Sarah is a 30-year-old Californian, who made her debut with a movie called The Ice Storm in 1997. She has done TV serials like The Sopranos, Angel and 7th Heaven and Without a Trace. She doesn't have any remarkable movie to her credit, with Cruel Intentions 2, Brooklyn's Finest and A Christman Proposal being some of the movies she has done. She married Brad Kane on July 28, 2007.
